Facility fee is built into the food service prices for a minimum of 25 people.  For groups below 25, a $250 facility fee will be charged in addition to the meal prices above.

Without food service, day rental for the Dining Hall or Recreation Center ranges from $550 to $750 each dependent upon use.  These prices are based on a 25-person minimum.  Day rental for the newly-constructed pavilion and attached classrooms ranges from $1,000 to $1,500 also dependent upon use.


Other Information

"Member" rates are available to Armenian church-affiliated auxiliary groups, organizations, parishes and dues-paying parishioners of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern).

A deposit of either $250 or 10% of your total estimated cost is required in order to hold the date(s) requested.  If cancellation occurs prior to 60 days of the reserved date(s), and if the facility can be rebooked for that date(s), then a full refund will be issued.  However, if cancellation occurs within 60 days of the reserved date(s), this deposit is non-refundable.

A schedule of your program, including meal times and any dietary restrictions or menu requests, is required two weeks before your event, along with meeting room set up requirements.  Final guaranteed numbers are required one week before your program or event.  The balance owed, based on this guarantee, is due upon your group’s arrival via cashier’s check.  A final statement will be sent upon the conclusion of your program that will include any additional charges that may be incurred while at the Ararat Center (i.e., property damage, long distance phone charges, special food requests, extra guests).

All clients must abide by the General Rules and Policies of the Ararat Center.
