Building 1 - Aintab: The main building on site features living and office space for a live-in manager.

Building 1 - Marash: The main house is attached to a large dining room that seats up to 160 people, with a professional industrial kitchen.

The second floor of Building 1 features a dorm-style area with twelve newly-painted rooms, each big enough to house three or four people. There are three shared bathrooms. For chaperones, this floor also has three freshly painted rooms with private bathrooms.
